HEY, SOUL SISTERS! Now that spring has sprung it is time to start thinking about getting ready for bikini season! After indulging in the latest holiday treats like Irish soda bread, Valentine’s Day chocolates, and TONS of Easter candy, it’s time to put in the work to shed it all off! To help in this journey, we decided to come up with a FULL BODY WORKOUT CHALLENGE that gradually increases in difficulty as your body continues to strengthen. Throughout the month of April, we’re going to focus on traditional cardio moves (think jumping jacks, high knees, lunges, and sit ups) that target the whole body and burn the most amount of calories. On each day we also added an *optional* jump rope exercise challenge that also increases in difficulty throughout the month of April. (A jump rope is the only piece of equipment you will need if you are intending to do the extra challenge. I purchased an adjustable jump rope here, from Amazon for under $10). April is rapidly approaching, so lace up those sneakers because the full body workout challenge starts this FRIDAY!
